摘要
从煤气炉制气的影响因素、氧化区氧化反应、过渡区还原反应、吹风量与入炉蒸气量、灰渣层的建立与排出以及如何提高煤气产量等方面对固定床间歇制气进行了气化工艺分析,探讨制气工艺的最优化思路。
This paper analyzes the gasification process and discusses the optimum thoughts from the aspects of influencing factors of gas making, oxidation reaction in oxidation zone, reduction reaction in transition zone, air blowing volume and steam intake volume, building and draining of ash layer and how to increase gas generation volume.
