摘要
通过优化加氨方式,提高高压甲铵冷凝器氨碳比,以解决"IDR"尿素装置高压系统存在的操作压力高、汽提效率低、异常工况调整难度大以及加减负荷工况稳定性差等问题,达到优化高压系统运行工况的目的。
This paper introduces the method of increasing NH3/CO2 ratio of HP carbarmate condenser by optimizing ammonia adding way in order to solve the problems of ' IDR' urea plant high pressure system such as high operating pressure, low stripping efficiency, difficult adjustment at abnormal working conditions and poor stability after increasing/decreasing load, thereby optimizing the working conditions of high pressure system.
