中西医结合治疗免疫性不孕不育96例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on the Treatment of 96 Immune Infertility Patients

目的研究免疫性不孕不育患者实施中西医结合治疗的临床效果,总结其临床价值。方法回顾性分析本院2012年5月—2013年5月共收治的96例免疫性不孕不育患者,随机将全部患者分为实验组和对照组,每组48例。实验组实施中西医结合治疗,对照组实施单纯西医治疗,然后2组临床效果进行对比。结果经过精心治疗后,实验组的患者相对于对照组的临床效果较好,总有效率为91.7%。结论中西医结合治疗免疫性不孕不育具有良好的临床疗效,受到许多患者的支持,值得临床推广。

Objective: To study the clinical effect of integration of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) and western medicine on immune infertility patients and sum up its clinical value. Methods: 96 patients who came to our hospital from May,2012 to May,2013 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into a test group and a control group,48 per group. The test group was treated with both TCM and western medicine while the control group was simply treated with western medicine. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results: After a careful treatment,the patients in the test group improved better than the patients in the control group,with 91. 7% of total effective rate. Conclusion: The integration of TCM and western medicine has good clinical effect on the treatment of immune infertility patients and supported by many patients,worthy of application.
