摘要
近年来,电网冰灾事故时有发生,众多骨干输电线路被迫长期停运,电网稳定运行和电力可靠供应面临巨大的挑战。以2013年1月宁波电网冰灾为例,分析了该地区抗冰灾的主要对策,结合此次抗击冰灾的实际经验,提出了生命通道概念以及区域电网构建生命通道的规划,稳定孤网运行的重点要素等应对此类灾害采取的技术手段。同时总结了输电线路走廊选择、电网规划、电源规划等方面在此次冰雪灾害中暴露的问题,并提出了改进建议。
In recent years, ice disaster on power grid occurs frequently. Numerous main transmission lines are forced to stop operating over a long period of time, and there is significant challenge posed on stable operation of the power grid and reliable power supply. Combined with the experience in fighting against ice disaster, this paper analyzes anti-ice disaster countermeasures in this region. The paper proposes technical means like the concept of life channel, planning of constructing life channel in regional power grid and key factors for stabi- lization of isolated grid operation. Meanwhile, the paper summarizes problems in selection of transmission line corridor, power grid planning, power planning exposed in the ice disaster; besides, it brings forward im- provement suggzestions.
