摘要
以Span-80、Tween-80和SDS作为复配乳化剂,对乳化剂的选择、用量及配比等影响乳液稳定性的因素进行了实验.实验结果表明:使用乳化剂用量为蜡质量的20%,乳化温度控制在85℃,乳化时间为90min,搅拌速度为1000r/min,可制备出稳定性较好的聚乙烯蜡乳液.
