摘要 MOOC(Massive Open Online Course)即大规模开放性在线课程,是当前风行于发达国家的新型网络教学模式,其开放、大规模等特征有助于中国社区教育的普及,并完善终身教育体系的构建。从MOOC原初理论出发,挖掘MOOC的内涵和价值能更好的借鉴国外的实践经验,从学习者、社区学院、教育管理部门三个角度探究其在中国社区教育中的应用路径,分析在我国社区教育中推行MOOC可能遇到的障碍,进而从服务职能提升、终身教育实践能力发展和学业评价科学化三个方面,阐述MOOC在开放大学建设中的意义。 As a massively open network teaching mode, MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses) is widely applied in the developed countries nowadays, whose specific features such as openness and massiveness contribute to the spread and the improvement of community education as well as the construction of life-long education system in China. Based on the original theory of MOOC, its connotation and value are explored, which helps to develop a better understanding of the practical experiences from foreign countries. After the potential obstacles in practicing MOOC is analyzed in the paper, the study puts forward the construction of application mode in Chinese community education from the perspectives of learners, community colleges and education administrations. Finally, MOOC's significance in the construction of the Open University from the following three aspects: the improvement of service, the development of practice ability in lifelong education and the scientific academic evaluation is elaborated.
