苍山洱海立法保护经验的借鉴与启示

The other hand, inadequate legislative protection of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake also exists, where perfection is needed. For example, we should establish the purpose and basic principles of ecological protection legislation, adoption of legislation establishing ecological benefit compensation mechanism, and so on.
