摘要
医疗服务定价方式是公立医院改革的重要内容,影响基本医疗服务的可及性和公平性,关系着千家万户的幸福。管理部门必须逐步改革医疗服务的定价方式,积极探索有利于控制费用、公开透明、方便操作的医疗服务定价方式。本文阐述了目前国内外医疗服务价格体系的研究状况,分析目前医疗服务定价存在的问题,并提出未来我国医疗服务定价的研究方向及实行医疗服务分档定价的可行性。
Medical service pricing is an important content of the reform of public hospitals, affect the accessibility and equity of the basic medical service, and the relationship with thousands of households happiness. Management must reform methods, which conducive to control costs, transparent and convenient operation. This paper, describes the current research situation of domestic and foreign medical service price system, analyzes the current medical service pricing problems, puts forward the future research direction, and explore the feasibility of medical services step pricing.
