摘要
采用Nd∶YAG激光器为激发光源 ,与CCD光学多道分析系统联用建立了多道检测 激光诱导荧光光谱分析装置 ,并对该装置的设计进行了优化 ,荧光光谱测量范围 350~ 10 0 0nm ,波长精度 0 .3nm ,探测器光谱响应灵敏度 0 .1LX。采集和检测了若丹明 6G乙醇溶液的高信噪比荧光谱 ,最低检出限达到 10 - 8mol/L。线性范围为 10 - 6~ 10 - 8mol/L。将所建立的装置用于若丹明B荧光淬灭法测定水中硒的含量 ,获得了满意的结果。方法的线性范围为 1~ 10 μg/L ,检出限为 0 .5μg/L ,加标回收率为 81.3%~ 112 .5%。
A new setup for collection and detectin of sensitive fluorescence spectrum using Nd∶YAG laser as the stimulating light source with multi channel CCD detector was described. The parameters of the setup have been optimized. Detection of fluorescence spectra is in the range of 350 nm~1 000 nm with the wavelength resolution of 0.3 nm and spectral response sensitivity of detector is 0.1 LX. High S/N ratio fluorescence spectrum of solution Rhodamine 6G in ethanol was collected and detected. The detection limit is 10 -8 mol/L and the linear range is 10 -6 ~10 -8 mol/L. This setup has been used for the determination of selenium in water by Rhodamine B fluorescence quench method with satisfactory results. Ths linear range is 1~10 μg/L and the detection limit is 0.5 μg/L. The spiked recoveries are in the range of 81.3%~112.5%.
