苏云金杆菌新菌株—星光四号的研究

Studies on the New Strain of Bacillus Thuringiensis Var. aoesti -Xingguang 4

本文报道了以自然罹病致死的马尾松毛虫上分离出一株苏云金杆菌新菌株——星光四号,经生化反应及血清学反应结果,其分类位置为:苏云金杆菌阿莱亚种,血清型为H_3a,为国内新纪录,根据室内毒力测定,感染3龄松毛虫LC_(50)为8.41×10~5活孢子/ml,在9.6×10~7孢子/ml的浓度下,LT_(50)为1.78天。表明该菌株毒力较强,是生产上较有应用价值的优良菌株。

The paper reports a new strain of Bacillus thuringiensis var, alesti, designated as Xingguang 4, which was isolated from the naturally dead larvae of Dendrolimus punctatus. Its serotype belongs to H5a. Laboratorybiossary shows that this bacterium toxicity is very strong. The LC50 of Xingguang 4 trea tment for the 3rd instar larvae of Dendrolimus puncratus is 8.41×106spores/ml. The LT50 for the concentration of 9.6×107 spores/ml is 1.78 days.
