摘要
SJ-0.4/2轻型遥控索道主要用于人工林间伐或皆伐集材作业。根据基本技术参数要求(设计荷重为6000N、水平跨距为100~500m、索道倾角为0~30°)并通过索道理论计算分析,本文确定了轻型遥控索道承载索的规格、绞盘机动力的额定功率和跑车运行时的最大升角,为总体设计的最佳方案提供了最基本的数据。
SJ-0.4 light-duty telecontrolled cableway is mainly used for plantation felling of small timber and clear-felling skidded to the stack. In the light of the requirement for fundamental technological parameter (a design load of 6000 newtons, a level spand of 100~500metres, a cableway slope angle of 0-30 degrees ) and through a computation and analysis by the cableway theory, the standards of a skyline, rated power of a motor for capstan machine and maximum rise angle while the racing crane is in motion on light-duty telecontolled cableway are defined in this paper, and the main data for the first-rate plan of overall design for the stated cableway are furnished.
