摘要
4-烷氧基联苯 - 4′-甲酸 - (4-羧基 )苯酯是许多铁电液晶、反铁电液晶的中间体。从联苯酚出发经甲基化、乙酰化、卤仿反应、脱甲基化、烷基化、缩合、还原等多步反应合成了一系列此类液晶中间体 ,其中多数经过 IR,1H NMR和 MS谱图检测 ,确定了其分子结构。
n alkoxybiphenyl 4′ carbonyloxy) benzoic acid is the intermediate of many ferroelectric liquid crystals and antiferroelectric liquid crystals. A series of liquid crystal intermediates were synthesized from 4 phenylphenol via methylation, acylation, haloform reaction, demethlation, alkylation condensation and reduction.The structures of the compounds are characterized by IR, 1H NMR and MS.
