血清CA15-3、TRACP5b、B-AKP测定对乳腺癌骨转移的诊断价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过99mTc标记亚甲基二膦酸盐(99mTc-MDP)全身骨显像联合血清乳腺癌相关抗原(CA15-3)、血清抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶5b(TRACP5b)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(B-AKP)的检测探讨对乳腺癌骨转移的临床诊断价值。方法对120例经病理证实为乳腺癌的患者,同时进行血清CA15-3、TRACP5b、B-AKP测定。结果①乳腺癌癌骨转移组CA15-3、TRACP5b、B-AKP水平明显高于未转移组(P<0.01)。②多发骨转移组CA15-3、TRACP5b、B-AKP水平高于单发骨转移组(P<0.05)。结论全身骨显像联合血清CA15-3、TRACP5b、B-AKP检测对于乳腺癌骨转移具有重要临床诊断价值。 [Objective] To explore the value of bone metastasis of breast cancer by whole-body bone imaging and the combination of marker tests of CA15-3, TRACPSb, B-AKP in the serum. [Methods] Whole-body bone imaging with 99mTe-MDP was performed in 120 patients with breast cancer confirmed by histopathology, at the same time CA15-3, TRACP5b, B-AKP in the serum were tested. [Results] The level of CA15-3, TRACP5b, B-AKP in the serum in the group of bone metastases from breast cancer was obvi- ously higher than that in the group of non-metastasis (P〈0.01). The level of CA15-3, TRACP5b, B-AKP in the serum in the group of multiple focus of bone metastasis was obviously higher than that in the group of the single one. [Conclusion] Whole-body bone imaging and the combination of marker tests of CA15-3, TRACP5b, B-AKP in the serum have important value in the diagnosis of bone metastasis of breast cancer.
