膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤临床诊治（附40例报告）

The diagnosis and treatment for Inverted papilloma of the urinary bladder （report of 40 cases）

目的 探讨膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤（IPB）的病理特点、临床诊断及治疗方法.方法 回顾本院40例IPB患者临床资料,结合文献资料对IPB的病理特点、临床诊断和治疗方法及随访结果进行分析.结果 所有患者术前行膀胱镜检查及活检,病理诊断均为IPB,40例均接受经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术（TURBt）治疗,术后均给予正规膀胱灌注化疗6 ～36个月,定期复查膀胱镜,随访6～ 126个月,平均68个月,均无复发或发生膀胱恶性肿瘤.结论 IPB呈良性肿瘤生长特点,膀胱镜加活组织病理检查是确诊的主要方法,B超检查可作为筛查的手段,TURBt是IPB的标准治疗方法,术后应定期作膀胱镜复查.

Objectives To explore the pathologic characters of inverted papilloma of the bladder （IPB） and its clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The data of 40 cases with IPB in our hospital was analyzed, in cluding the pathologic characters and the methods of diagnosis and treatment of IPB, and to review the literatures ofIPB. Results All 40 patients were received transurethral resection of bladder tumor （TURBt） and treated with chemotherapy by pouring drug into bladder for 6 to 36 mons. They were not suffered from IPB recurrence or cancer during the following up period（6 -126 mons, average 68 mons）. Conclusions IPB is a kind of benign tumor. The diagnosis should be confirmed by cystoscopy and biopsy. Ultrasonography is the screening examination of IPB. TURBt is the standard treatment of IPB. Repeating cystoscopy examination is recommended after operation.
