机器人辅助腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术的研究进展

摘要 腹腔镜技术在根治性前列腺切除术中已得到广泛而成熟的运用.近十年来,伴随着机器人手术技术的不断更新改进,以Da Vinci系统为代表的机器人辅助下腹腔镜技术将泌尿外科手术引领到了一个崭新的领域,手术的精确度和灵活度被提高到了一个全新的高度.本文就其在围手术期的手术时间、出血量、术后并发症、手术的肿瘤效应及存在的问题和发展前景作一综述.
