基因制剂对膀胱癌化疗增敏作用的研究进展

摘要 膀胱癌是泌尿系统常见恶性肿瘤之一.多发、难治和术后高复发率是膀胱癌的特点,治疗主要以手术及术后化疗为主,但均无法取得理想的效果.近年来,随着在发达国家被批准用于临床的肿瘤基因的增加,基因治疗逐渐与传统的治疗方法相结合,通过临床和实验研究证明相关基因制剂与化疗药物相结合的药物增敏基因治疗具有较好的临床应用价值.本文对相关基因制剂增强膀胱肿瘤对化疗药物敏感性的研究情况作一综述.
