摘要
首先简要介绍了纵-扭复合型超声波电机的结构和工作原理,在此基础上,对复合型超声波电机的数学模型进行了研究。根据所获得的数学模型对复合型超声波电机的工作特性进行了仿真计算,获得了许多有价值的结论。
The construction and working principle of megatorque-hybrid-type ultrasonic motor (HTUSM) are firstly introduced. Its newly mathematical model is then introduced according to this introduction. Based on this model, a prototyped motor is designed and its characteristics are simulated. Many valuable conclusions are obtained.
