摘要
目的系统医学生物学以系统、整体、相互联系以及发展的观点看待人体,笔者将探讨该学科在生物医学领域的交叉与融合。方法采用全景式分析方法,将不同层次的实验数据结合起来,以探索人体健康各个层次之间的关系。结果医学系统生物学发展迅速,已成为生物领域中交叉与融合的一门新型学科,在医学细胞生物学、医学分子生物学、医学免疫生物学、医学生物信息学和转化医学等领域都取得快速的进展。结论开展系统医学生物学研究和实践,可更好地为人类健康服务,具有重要的现实和应用意义。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the intersection and integration of systems medical biology in the biomedical field. METH- ODS Panoramic analysis method was used to combine the experimental data at different levels to explore the relationship between the various levels of human health. RESULTS Systems medical biology has developed rapidly and become a new integrated discipline in biology. Systems medical biology has achieved rapid progress in medical cell biology, medical molecular biology, medical immune biol- ogy, medical bioinformatics, translational medicine and other fields. CONCLUSION Carrying out systems medical biology research and practice can improve human health services and has important practical significance.
