摘要
采用梯度稀释法从章鱼肠道筛选分离出一株具有抗菌作用的放线菌菌株D-8,通过该菌株的培养特征、生理生化特性、16S rDNA的Blast检索及系统发育分析表明,该菌株与链霉菌属具有99%以上的同源性,鉴定该菌株为链霉菌。同时对菌株D-8的发酵产物进行抗细菌、真菌活性检测。结果表明,该菌株对革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌及部分真菌都有抗菌活性,其活性化合物有待进一步研究。
An antibacterial actinomycetes strain D-8 was isolated from octopus intestinal using gradient dilution method.The identification of the strain D-8 was determined by their morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical tests,and phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rDNA sequence comparison.The results suggested that this strain had an over 99% homology with Streptomycest and therefore the strain D-8 was identified as Streptomyces.The potential antimicrobial and antifungal activities of the fermentation products of this strain was also investigated.The results showed that the fermentation products exhibited obvious inhibition against both Gram negative and positive bacteria and some fungi.The active compounds are to be settled in our further study.
