脑脊液置换联合鞘内注射治疗结核性脑膜炎疗效观察

Cerebrospinal Fluid Replacement Joint Intrathecal Injection in the Treatment of Tuberculous Meningitis Clinical Observation

目的:观察脑脊液置换联合鞘内注射对结核性脑膜炎患者的临床疗效观察。方法:选取150例结核性脑膜炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各75例,对照组常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上,采用脑脊液置换联合鞘内注射,治疗周期结束后,对两组脑脊液生化指标进行比较。结果:观察组治愈率为90.6%;对照组治愈率为66.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组在脑脊液转阴时间、头痛消失时间、总住院时间方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑脊液置换联合鞘内注射治疗结核性脑膜炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the cerebrospinal fluid replacement joint intrathecal injection on the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with tuberculous meningitis. Methods：Choose 150 patients with tuberculous meningitis, each 75 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group routine treatment, the observation group on the basis of conventional treatment, using cerebrospinal fluid replacement joint intrathecal injection, after the treatment period, two groups of cerebrospinal fluid and biochemical indexes in the comparison. Results：The observation group cure rate was 90. 6% ; Control group cure rate was 66. 6%, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the observation group in the cerebrospinal fluid turn time, headache disappeared time, the total length of hospital stay is better than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Cerebrospinal fluid replacement joint intrathecal injection of tuberculous meningitis with obvious therapeutic effect, worth clinical promotion.
