摘要
本文从腔量子电动力学角度讨论了平板波导光子阱中自发辐射特性与阱厚度之间的依赖关系 ,从而对光学微腔的设计提供了理论依据 .
In this paper,the dependence of spontaneous emission characteristics of photonic quantum wells in slab waveguides on well width was discussed from the view point of cavity quantum electrodynamics,thus a theoretical basis was provided for designing optical microcavities.
