摘要
通过百度、Google以及搜搜等博客搜索平台,对博客游记进行搜集分析,从而得出游客对旅游目的地的感知。以秦皇岛旅游目的地为例,依据筛选条件得到有效游客博客441篇,从中选取了150篇作为博客研究样本。采用Rost软件对信息进行量化处理,得出游客感知旅游形象高频词表,从而得到游客对旅游目的地的感知结果,为旅游目的地形象提升提供依据,进而为目的地旅游规划与营销等提供基本依据。
By using blog search platforms such as Baidu, Google and Soso, this paper collected and analyzed the tourists' blogs to draw tourists' perception of tourism destination. With taking Qinhuangdao as an example, this paper altogether collected 441 effective tourists' blogs according to the filter condition, and then chose 150 blogs as research samples to analyze. The paper used Rost software to process the blog information, and then got the tourists perception high-frequency vocabulary of tourism image. At last, this paper obtained tourists' perception of Qinhuangdao tourism destination image, which provides the basis for a promotion of tourism destination image. Furthermore the perception gives the basis to the tourism destination planning and marketing, etc.
