摘要
以深交所创业板具有2009-2011年3个完整年报的58家公司为样本,以每股收益为响应变量,以高管人均年薪等为自变量建立回归模型。利用数据建模诊断方法,根据WK统计量、学生化外残差等诊断统计量,对每股收益是否存在异常进行检测。结果表明,样本公司中存在高管年薪和持股比例与该公司每股收益负相关的情况。针对这一结果,认为应建立、健全公司的法人治理结构和内部监督体系;加强高管减持本公司股票的信息披露;加强企业文化激励。
Taking 58 companies which have complete annual report from 2009 to 2011 in Shenzhen Stock Exchange on GEM, earnings for per share as the response variable and annual salary of senior executives as the independent variable, this paper establishes a regres sion model. By diagnostic statistics methods of data modeling diagnosis, WK statistics and studentized residuals, it determines whether there is abnormality in earnings for per share. The resuh shows that the annual salary and share proportion negatively related to earnings for per share in sample firms. The author thinks that the corporate governance structure and internal supervisory system should be estab lished; The information disclosure of reducing holding shareholder of senior executives should be strengthened; The enterprise culture motivation should be improved.
