摘要 针对弹载惯导系统工作于高温、高压、高冲击、高过载等恶劣环境时,其供电系统供电不稳而影响整个系统的可靠性和测量精度等问题,提出了一种高精度、高稳定性的弹载惯导配电器实时监测系统设计方案。该方案以FPGA为核心控制器,对惯导电源输出的电压信号进行调理、A/D采集并实时传输给上位机进行可视化显示及存储。经过实验验证,该系统可实时采集直流电源模拟惯导电源输出的电压值,直观显示出监测信息,实现了弹载惯导电源电量的实时监测功能;且系统体积小、实时性好、可靠性高,具有广泛的工程应用价值。 According to the fact that missile borne INS works in high temperature, high pressure, high impact, high overload and oth- er harsh environments, whose power supply system was not stable power up so that it could influence reliability and measuring precision of the whole system. This paper proposed a high precision and high stability design of distributor real--time monitoring system for missile borne inertial navigation. The design used FPGA as the core controller, conditioning, A/D acquisition and real--time transmission to the host computer for visual display and storage of the voltage signal of INS power output. After experimental verification, the system can real-- time acquisition the output voltage of DC power which simulates INS power, realizing the function of power real time monitoring for missile --borne inertial navigation at the same time, the volume, reliability and real--time of the system was verified, which have certain applica- tion value.
