摘要
土工模型撞击模拟试验是一类在离心场下研究土工模型在瞬态冲击作用下的缩比效应试验;介绍一种土工离心机撞击模拟试验测控装置的设计,该装置在土工离心机上采用气体炮发射金属弹丸撞击土工模型,可完成气体炮发射弹丸的远程控制和利用激光测速法测量弹丸发射速度,并实现多路土工模型撞击响应信号的同步高速采集;给出不同材料的弹丸和不同类别的气体作用下弹丸的速度和气体炮膛压的关系试验数据,并介绍了试验现场调试遇到的技术问题,给出解决方案;该系统已应用于土工模型的撞击模拟试验,在75g离心场下完整获取了试验测试数据,这些数据为相关土工研究提供了参考。
Geotechnical model test is a class test for researching on subscale effects of model under transient crashing under centrifugal field. This paper describes the design of a kind of test and control device of crashing simulation test for geotechnical centrifuge, this device can control remotely the gas gun to fire metal projectiles to crash geoteehnical model and use the laser velocity test method to measure the velocity of the projectiles, it also can realize synchronous and high--speed data acquisition of multi--channel crashing response signals of model. And the relations test data between projectiles velocity and gas pressure under action of different materials projectiles and different types of gas is given. Then, it also introduces the problems encountered in test site system debugging and provides the solutions. This device has been used in geotechnical centrifuge crashing simulation test and obtained test data under 75g centrifugal field, the data can provide a ref- erence for related research.
