On the Connotation,Generation and Evaluation of Teachers' Awareness of Curriculum Standards

摘要 课程标准意识是教师课程与教学素养的基础,是教师对课程标准的认识、情感和意志力的集合,是教师对课程改革的自觉行动和积极参与的前提。教师课程标准意识建立在对课程标准认识的基础之上,是教师使用课程标准的意愿并表现为一定的教学行为。生成教师课程标准意识的途径主要在于增强教师的主体性、提高教师对课程标准的认识等方面。对教师课程标准意识的评价主要衡量教师使用课程标准过程中解决所遇到问题的技能和策略如何,能否对课程标准的修订和完善提出有价值的意见。 The awareness of curriculum standards is the basis of teachers' curriculum and teaching quality; is the combination of teachers'comprehension, emotion and willpower, is the prerequisite for teachers'active participation in the curricu- lum reform. Teachers' awareness of curriculum standards is based on teachers' comprehension of the curriculum standard, which reflects teachers' will of using curriculum standards as well as the corresponding teaching behaviors. The way of gen- erating teachers' awareness of curriculum standard lies in enhancing teachers' subjectivity and improving teachers' compre- hension of curriculum standards, etc. The evaluation of the teachers' awareness of curriculum standards depends on the skills and strategies that teachers have adopted to solve problems and whether teachers could propose some valuable sugges- tions for the revise and perfection of curriculum standards.
