摘要 随着知识经济时代的到来,人才成为企业间竞争最激烈的资源。面对全国各省市最低工资标准不断上调、劳动力短缺不断凸显以及劳资双方矛盾不断激化的现状,打造差异化的雇主品牌、建立良好的企业形象显得尤为必要。本文在简要介绍雇主品牌的概念及其价值的基础上,强调打造差异化雇主品牌的重要性,最后对差异化雇主品牌的建设途径进行详细阐述。
