两种血细胞分析仪全血细胞参数比对研究

Comparative study on CBC parameters between two kinds of hematology analyzers

目的:探讨DS-500血细胞分析仪与LH750血细胞分析仪全血细胞参数的可比性。方法:使用DS-500血细胞分析仪和LH750血细胞分析仪对共1441份EDTA-K2抗凝血液样本检测红细胞计数(RBC)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)及相关参数。结果:两台仪器间血红蛋白(Hb)、RBC、WBC(≥2.0×109/l)和PLT(≥50×109/l)相关性良好;红细胞平均体积(MCV)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)、PLT(<50×109/l)和血小板平均体积(MPV)存在系统偏倚。结论:DS-500血细胞分析仪与LH750血细胞分析仪其性能分析具有很大的可比性。

Objective：To explore the comparability of complete blood cell parameters between EDAN DS-500 and Beckman coulter LH750 hematology analyzers.Methods：During February and May 2012,using EDAN DS-500 and Beckman coulter LH750 hematology analyzers,1441 blood samples anticoagulated with EDTA-K2 were measured for complete blood cell（RBC,WBC and PLT） parameters.Results：The parameters of Hb,RBC,WBC（≥2.0×109/l）,and PLT（≥50×109/l） had the inter-instrument agreement while ones of MCV,RDW,PLT（50×109/ l） and MPV had system bias.Conclusion：The EDAN DS-500 and Beckman coulter LH750 hematology analyzers have broadly comparable analytical performance on complete blood cell parameters.
