肺功能检测仪在腹部外科的应用研究

Research on the pulmonary function testing in the abdomen surgery

目的:探讨肺功能检测仪在腹部外科的临床应用价值。方法:利用肺功能检测仪对230例行腹部外科手术前的患者做肺功能测定,并对患者行检测前健康教育。在检测中关注患者感受及配合情况,检测后密切观察患者有无不良反应。结果:在拟行腹部外科手术患者中肺功能基本正常者117例(占50.87%),轻度减退者69例(占30%),中度减退者42例(占18.26%),重度减退者2例(占0.87%)。肺功能受损患者术后并发症发病率明显增高。结论:正确应用肺功能检测仪对腹部外科手术前肺功能的评估、手术安全性评价及术后肺部并发症的预防均有很大的临床价值。

Objective：To discuss the clinical value of lung function tester in abdominal surgery.Methods：Lung function detector 230 routine abdominal surgery patients before lung function test,and underwent pre-test health education,detection focus on the patient＇s feelings and to actively cooperate closely observe whether patients with adverse reactions,post-test.Results：Two hundred and thirty underwent abdominal surgery patients,including 117 cases of lung function basically normal（50.87%）,mildly impaired in 69 patients（30%）,moderately impaired 42 cases（18.26%）,the severe decline2 cases（0.87%）.Impaired lung function significantly higher incidence of postoperative complications.Conclusion：Correct application of the assessment of pulmonary function testing lung function before abdominal surgery,the surgical safety evaluation,as well as the prevention of postoperative pulmonary complications have great clinical value.
