鼻窦瓦氏位投照定位架在X线摄影中的应用研究

摘要 目的:探讨自制定位架测量代替目测定位的鼻窦瓦氏位摄影方法。方法:准备所用物品,被检查者俯卧于摄影床上,用定位架对正中矢状线、听眦线及中心线进行测量定位,然后进行摄影。结果:随机抽取应用定位架前、后所摄影像各126例,结果显示应用定位架前的优质影像率为66.7%;而应用定位架后的优质影像率达到95.3%。结论:130204-061鼻窦瓦氏位投照定位架定位方法科学准确,操作简单方便,优质片率高,费用低,值得临床上推广。 Objective:To investigate the Valsalva sinus projection locate in replacing visual location with homemade localizer.Methods:Prepare the use items,let the inspected prone to photography bed,with positioning localizer on the median sagittal line,orbito meatal line,central line and then radiography.Results:Random position before and after each projection for a group of 126 patients,we can see that the application of localize before high grade films rate is 66.7% and the use of localize after high grade films rate was 95.3%.Conclusion:The locate is worth promotion for its scientific and accurate location,simple and convenient operation,more high grade films and low cost.
