STAT3异常磷酸化在血液系统肿瘤中的作用

摘要 STAT3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3)在细胞增殖、分化、存活、凋亡、细胞免疫等多种生理病理过程中发挥关键性作用。STAT3异常磷酸化与肿瘤形成密切相关。STAT3异常磷酸化在肿瘤形成中可能发挥了重要作用。本文就STAT3异常磷酸化在血液系统肿瘤形成中的作用做一简单综述。
