摘要
背景帕瑞昔布是全球第1种可注射使用的特异性高选择性环氧化酶（cyclooxygenase．COX）-2抑制剂，近些年研究表明，在不同的器官损伤模型中使用帕瑞昔布均可起到显著的器官保护作用。目的综述帕瑞昔布器官保护作用的研究现状，有助于探索此药在该领域的合理应用。内容现就帕瑞昔布的器官保护作用及安全性作一综述。趋向帕瑞昔布在临床器官保护方而将具有广泛的应用前景，但其具体应用还需要深入研究和不断探索。
Background Parecoxib sodium, the first selective cyclooxygenase （COX）-2 inhibitor for injection, has been proved tbat it can play a significant role in organ protection in different organ damage models. Objective To review the research status and Parecoxib＇s organ protective effects and provide guidance for its reasonable elinieal application in this field. Content In this review, we summarized the organ protective effects and safety of parecoxib. Trend Parecoxib has broad application prospects, but its specific application in clinical organ protection needs to be studied in depth and explored continuously.
