自制新中药配方对小鼠烧伤的疗效

Efficacy of Self-Made New TCM Formula on Scalded Mice

目的 :研究自制新中药配方治疗烧伤的疗效。方法 :复制浅Ⅱ度烫伤模型,将50只烫伤小鼠随机分为新配方高剂量组、新配方中剂量组、新配方低剂量组、阳性对照组和空白对照组,每组各10只。新配方高、中、低剂量组分别用100%、80%、60%的中药提取物涂抹,每只0.5 mL;阳性对照组涂美宝湿润烧伤膏,每只0.5 g;空白对照组除敷药外其他实验条件与其他组相同。给药均每日定时定量3次,连续20 d。观察并记录各组小鼠烫伤治疗后第1、5、10、15天创面面积。用药结束后,做烧伤部位的组织切片,观察愈合情况。结果 :新配方低剂量组小鼠浅Ⅱ度烫伤创面面积较空白对照组显著缩小。结论 :浓度适中的自制新中药配方对浅Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合有显著的促进作用。

Objective ： To study the efficacy of self-made new Chinese medicine formula in the treatment of scald. Method： The shallow second degree scalded model was copied. 50 scalded mice were randomly divided into the high dose group, the medium dose group, the low dose group, positive control group and blank control group （ n=10 ）. High, medium and low dose groups were respectively with 100%, 80% and 60% of Chinese herb extracts for smearing each with 0.5 mL. Positive control group smeared MEBO each 0.5 g. In addition to dressing, blank control group＇s other experimental conditions were the same as that of other groups. Administration was given daily regular quantitative, three times a day, for 20 consecutive days. On the day 1,5,10, 15 after treatment , the scalded mice＇s wound areas in each group were observed and recorded. After the end of treatment, the tissue slices scalded area healings were observed. Results ： Compared with blank control group, the low dose group＇s shallow second degree scald wound area was significantly reduced. Conclusion： Moderate concentration self-made Chinese medicine formula has a significant role in promoting light second degree scalded wound healing.
