治水法治疗梅尼埃病探析

Primary Exploration on Water Controlling in Treatment of Meniere's Diseases

梅尼埃病(Meniere`s disease)是因膜迷路积水所致的内耳疾病,相当于中医的"耳眩晕"。该文基于其病理基础为膜迷路积水,属于中医之广义的"痰饮",认为可以"治水"之法贯穿本病的治疗。所谓"治水",包括化痰、蠲饮、利水、祛湿及健脾、温阳等等。该文从古今文献、实验研究、现代药理等方面,对"治水"之法在梅尼埃病治疗中的具体体现进行综述。

Meniere＇s diseases is a type of inner ear diseases caused by seeper of membranous labyrinth, which is equivalent to the ear vertigo of Chinese medicine. In this paper, the author thinks controlling water should throughout the treatment of the disease based on its pathological basis seeper of membranous labyrinth, which belongs to the generalized phlegm and retained fluid of Chinese medicine. The so-called water controlling includes resolving phlegm, eliminating drinks, discharging water, expelling dampness, tonifying spleen, warming yang, and so on. In this paper, it summarized embodiments of water controlling in the treatment of Meniere＇s diseases from the perspective of the ancient and current literature, experimental research and modern pharmacological studies.
