口服消斑汤外用祛斑面膜治疗肝郁血滞型黄褐斑临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect Observation on Treatment of Liver-depression and Blood-stagnation Chloasma by Using Oral Xiaoban Decoction and External Beverage-removing Masks

目的 :观察中药内服兼外用治疗肝郁血滞型黄褐斑的临床观察。方法 :中医辨证分型为肝郁血滞型的黄褐斑患者,采用随机数字表分为治疗组46例,中药消斑汤口服及祛斑面膜外用治疗;对照组36例,维生素C丸和维生素E胶丸口服,千白乳膏外用治疗,治疗12周后进行疗效判定。结果 :治疗组总有效率为86.96%,对照组总有效率为61.11%,2组疗效对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :中医药内外合治肝郁血滞型黄褐斑疗效好,安全性高。

Objective ： To observe the clinical observation on the treatment of liver-depression and blood-stagnation chloasma by orally taking and externally using the traditional Chinese medicine. Method： The patients who were diagnosed as liver-depression and blood-stagnation chloasma and treated by traditional Chinese medicine, were divided into treatment group （46 cases） by random number table with the treatment of orally taking traditional Chinese Xiaoban Decoction and externally using beverage-removing masks; and control group （36 cases） orally taking Vitamin C and Vitamin E as well as externally using Qianbai emulsifiable paste. The curative effect can be judged after 12 weeks＇ treatment. Result： The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.96% while that of control group was 61.11%. The effect contrast difference between the 2 groups had a statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： The treatment of liver- depression and blood-stagnation chloasma by orally taking and externally using the traditional Chinese medicine has a good curative effect and a high security level.
