中药内服配合双黄连锡类散保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

Shuanghuanglian Xilei Powder in Retention Enema to Treat Ulcerative Colitis

目的 :观察中药内服配合双黄连锡类散保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效。方法 :将68例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组34例中药内服配合双黄连锡类散保留灌肠,对照组中药内服配合甲硝唑保留灌肠。结果 :治疗组有效率为94.1%,对照组有效率82.3%。两组疗效比较有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 :中药内服配合双黄连、锡类散保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎能有效缩短病程,提高临床疗效。

Objective：To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Shuanghuanglian Xilei Powder of retention enema for ulcerative colitis. Methods ： 68 cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （ 34 cases ）used traditional Chinese medicine Shuanghuanglian Xilei Powder for retention enema, and the contrast group （ 34 cases ） used oral traditional Chinese medicine and metronidazolc enema. Results： The effective rate of treatment group was 94.1%. The effective rate of contrast group was 82.3%. There was significant difference between two groups （ P〈0.05 ）, and the treatment group was better than contrast group. Conclusion ： Shuanghuanglian Xilei Powder of retention enema for ulcerative colitis can effectively shorten the course of disease and improve the curative effect.
