林业是生态建设的主体,森林资源是林业工作的核心,是建设生态文明的物质基础。保护森林资源安全,维护林区正常生产秩序,是森林资源监督工作的主要任务。提出了要坚持以科学发展为指导,全面提升综合监督能力,正确处理好监督与管理、监督与服务等关系,为实现新时期林业跨越式发展目标提供坚强有力的保障。

Forestry is the main body of ecological construction, the forest resources is the core work of forestry, is the material basis for the construction of ecological civilization. Protect the forest resources security and safeguard the normal production order for the realization of forest zone, are the main task of forest resources supervision. This paper proposed we should adhere to the scientific concept of development, enhance the comprehensive monitoring capabilities, correctly handle the relationships between the supervision and management, supervision and service, to provide strong guarantee to achieve the forestry spanning development goals in the new period.
