Situations and Developments of Mobile Communication Technologies for Civil Aviation

摘要 VHF频段日益拥塞,航空旅客通信需求不断增加。首先,从陆地空域、机场场面和跨洋/偏远地区空域几种航空通信场景介绍了航空通信技术的发展现状,阐述了航空移动(航路)服务和旅客通信服务的发展现状和趋势;其次,结合国内外研究情况,总结了民用航空通信技术的发展趋势和面临的挑战;最后,给出了航空移动通信发展的相关建议。 VHF( Very High Frequency) spectrum band is becoming more congested and the capacity de-mand of aeronautical personal communication(APC) is increasing. First, this paper presents current status of aeronautical communication technologies from the scenes including continental domain, oceanic/remote domain and airport surface domain, and elaborates the developments and trends of aeronautical mobile route services and APC services. Then, it summarizes the orientations and challenges of aeronautical communica-tion technologies according to the research projects at home and abroad. Finally, it gives some suggestions for aeronautical mobile communication developments.
