摘要
针对塔河油田3区底水油藏奥陶系储层天然裂缝发育、液体滤失大、隔层条件差异大、油水关系复杂、控缝高难度大等特点,在人工裂缝延伸三维数学模型研究的基础上,分析了人工裂缝高度影响因素。根据储层实际情况,通过优化压裂液性能、优选施工规模,运用限排量施工技术和转向酸暂堵技术等多种方法,进行了TK346H水平井酸压施工设计。TK346H井压后初期日产液量为36.1t、日产油量为32.8t、含水率为9.1%,效果较好,达到了控制裂缝高度延伸、避免沟通底水的目的。研究成果对塔河油田超深水平井延长无水采油期和最大限度释放单井产能具有重要指导意义。
In the light of study on the following characteristics of Ordovician-system bottom-water oil reservoirs in Block 3 of Tahe Oilfield : well-developed natural fractures, serious leaking-off of the liquid, sharp contrast of the barrier conditions, complicated oil-water relationships, difficult to control the fracture height, etc. the influencing factors of the artificial fracture height are analyzed on the basis of the study on the 3D mathematical mode of the ar- tificial fracture extension. According to the actual reservoir conditions, with the help of optimizing fracturing liquid performances and operation scale, adopting the operating techniques of the displacement limitation and temporary plugging by diverting acid and so forth, the design of acid fracturing for horizontal Well TK346H is compiled. After fractured, the initial fluid production per day is 36. 1 t, the oil production per day is 32. 8 t, the water cut is 9. 1%, obviously the results are much better and the purposes of controlling the extention of the fracture height and avoiding the cross flow of the bottom water are realized. The study achievements possess important significances in prolonging water-free production period and releasing the productivity of individual well to the uttermost for the su- per-deep horizontal well in Tahe Oilfield.
