商洛山区实施保护性耕作技术的障碍及对策研究

Obstacles and countermeasures of implementing conservation tillage technique in Shangluo mountainous areas

分析了商洛山区的经济、自然条件和农民历史种植习惯。提出了应加强保护性耕作技术的试验示范与宣传力度,制定适合当地生产实际情况的保护性耕作技术方案。对治理贫困山区的水土流失、提高旱作农业区水资源利用率,改善生态环境,提高农田地力,促进农业增产增效、农民增收,促进农业的可持续发展具有重要意义。

Base on the analyses of the economic development, natural conditions and planting habits in Shangluo mountainous area, some measurements are suggested in the article, such as strengthening the experiment and publicity of conservation tillage technology, and formu- lating technical proposal which is suited to the local farming conditions. These measurements are very significant to improve the soil erosion, water utilization, and ecological environment in mountainous areas so as to increase soil fertility, farming efficiency, and the farmers＇ in- come in the process of agricultural sustainable development.
