摘要 平板烘干机是炼油厂经常使用的干燥工艺设备之一,由于其结构简单、操作技术要求不高而倍受欢迎,但平板烘干机的主要是利用相互接触传递热量进行脱水干燥,而物料受热干燥是一个其内部以及表面与干燥介质间的边界层内热量和质量耦合传递的过程,出现热量的传递交换,设计平板烘干机现在主要是依靠经验及小规模试验,缺乏合理的设计方法及理论依据,本文利用热传递原理分析其产生现象,运用数学及有限元理论进行计算分析热传导过程中温度场的分布及热能的利用效率,并用CFD有限元分析软件进行模拟验证,在模拟生成参数场分布云图中知道平板烘干机相关参数场的分布,这些可以改进烘干机的结构,提高设计质量水平、缩短生产流程时间,最大限度的提高热源利用率,使装置和设备的技术经济性和安全可靠性达到最优。 Plate dryer is one of the dry process equipment practice - often used, because of its simple structure, operation technology re- quirement is not high and popular, but flat dryer mutual contact heat transfer was mainly used for dehydration, the material heated drying is an intemaUy and within the boundary layer between the surface and dry medium coupled heat and mass transfer process of heat transfer ex- change, design plate dryer now mainly rely on experience and pilot test, the lack of a reasonable design method and theory basis, this paper by using the theory of heat transfer analysis of the phenomenon, calculated using the mathematical and finite element theory analysis of heat transfer in the process of the distribution of temperature field and heat energy utilization efficiency, verified by CFD simulation based on the finite element analysis software, the simulation to generate know flat dryer relevant parameters in the parameter field distribution nephogram of field distribution, which can improve the structure of the dryer, improve the level of design quality, shorten the process time, the maximum enhance heat utilization rate, make the technical economy and the safety reliability of the device and equipment to achieve the optimal.
