摘要
研究了一种具有一次性完成切割、输送、切碎、抛送、装车功能的自走式柠条收获机,介绍柠条收获机的设计要求、工作原理、结构特点及主要技术参数,进行了切割器设计,并对3种切割方式进行比较。通过田间试验,该机切割效果显著,同时提出了研制过程中存在的问题、改进和发展前景进行了分析。
Study on having a complete self-propelled Caragana harvester cutting, conveying, chopped, throwing, loading function, introduces the design requirements of Caragana harvesting machine, working principle, structure features and main technical parameters, and the cutter is designed, compares the advantages and disadvantages of 3 kinds of cutter. Through field test, the cutting effect is remarkable, and puts forward some existing problems in the process of development; improvement and development prospects are analyzed
