Strength analysis of the safety frame on small wheeled tractor by the finite element method

摘要 为研究小型轮拖新款安全架的安全性能,利用ABAQUS软件对该款安全架进行了强度分析。为了探究安全架可能发生的损伤,在ABAQUS环境下对安全架进行了纵向加载试验、压垮试验和侧向加载试验。试验结果表明:该款安全架抗压垮能力好,翻车时可以有效支撑出安全三角区,符合安全性能要求;但该安全架抗侧向力的能力较差,在轮拖侧向翻滚时,变形严重。 To research the safety performance of a new-type safety frame, strength analysis of the safety frame on small wheeled tractor was carried out by using ABAQUS software. To explore the possible damage occurred to the safety frame, the longitudinal loading test, collapse test and lateral loading test on the safety frame were performed in ABAQUS software. The test results show that: anti-collapse capacity of the safety frame is good, and the safety frame can support the safety triangle area effectively when the small wheeled tractor turns over, so at this point it can meet the safety requirement; but the ability of the safety frame to resist lateral force is worse, and serious deformation will occur when the small wheeled tractor rolls laterally.
