摘要
新型高效太阳能集热干燥箱主要由太阳能集热器、干燥箱、循环气体处理中心、控制中心和供电辅助加热部分等组成,用于干燥物料的一种装置。该装置利用太阳能集热器将空气加热,将加热后的干热气体通入干燥箱对物料进行干燥,干燥后的气体进入循环气体处理中心进行除水、净化等处理,处理后带有余热的空气再次通入到太阳能集热器进行升温,从而实现空气余热的有效利用,提高了系统能源利用效率。干燥过程中单片机实时采集温度与湿度信息,并与已设定干燥阈值相对比,通过自动切换加热模式以及调节气泵转速达到温度可调、可控的智能干燥效果。该干燥箱可有效减少一次能源的使用以及干燥过程污染气体的排放,对环境无污染,实现节能减排。
New efficient solar collectors oven is mainly made up by the solar collector, drying oven, the cycling gas processing center, the controlling center and power supplying auxiliary heating part, a device for drying materials. The device utilizes a solar collector heating the air, puts the heated dry hot gas into the oven to dry the material, then the dried gas enters the cycling gas processing center for water removal, purification and other treatment, at last the treated air with a heat passes into the solar collector to heat up again, thus achieving an effective air heat utilization and improving system energy efficiency. Microcontroller collects the real-time temperature and humidity in the drying process, and has been set relative ratio to the drying threshold and reaches adjustable temperature controlled smart drying effect by automatically switching the heating mode and adjusting the speed of the air pump. The drying oven can effectively reduce energy use and the emission of polluting gases in the drying process, and achieves the environmental pollution-free and energy conservation.
