摘要
针对模拟PI控制直流PWM调速方法电路复杂、可靠性差、转速启动超调大等缺点,设计了一种基于DSP芯片TMS320F2812的直流电机内模控制PWM调速系统。主要内容涉及内模控制器的设计以及系统硬件电路构成。仿真试验结果证明了通过引入转速内模控制器,转速超调问题得到了较好地解决,系统具有良好的动静态性能,而且设计方法简单,控制器容易实现。
Focusing on the shortcomings of analog PI control DC PWM speed control method circuit complexity and poor reliability, DC motor internal control PWM speed-regulation system is designed based on DSP chip TMS320F2812. The design of IMC controller and hard ware circuit are introduced. Simulation results show that IMC controller successfully solves the problem of the speed overshoot, and enables the system to be of good dynamic and steady performance. The design method is simple, and it is easy to he implemented.
