摘要 角膜移植在器官移植手术中的成功率很高,而术后免疫排斥反应是导致移植失败的主要因素之一。目前已知角膜移植后免疫排斥反应的主要原因是T淋巴细胞介导的免疫排斥反应,而T淋巴细胞的激活是共刺激信号协同作用的结果。CD40-CD40L和CD28-B7共刺激信号在同种异体角膜移植免疫排斥中具有重要意义,而且两者具有协同作用,同时阻断这两个信号比单独阻断任一信号可延长移植物的存活时间。该文对CD40-CD40L和CD28-B7的生物学特性、免疫学功能以及两者的关系进行综述。 The success rate of keratoplasty is very high among organ transplant surgeries, while postoper- ative imraunc rejection is one of the major limiting factors leading to the failure of transplantation. The known main reason of immune rejection after keratoplasty is T cell-mediated immune rejection, and the activation of T cells is the result of total synergy of costimulatory signal. Studies have shown that CD40-CD40 ligand and CD28 -B7 are of great significance in the keratoplasty rejection and they have synergistic effect, blocking the two signals can further prolong the survival of the graft than single blocking of either of the two. Here is to make a review of the biological characteristics and the immunological function of CD40-CD40 ligand and CD28-B7 and their correlations.
