摘要 胰岛素降解酶(IDE)和胰岛素降解酶基因具有降解β淀粉样蛋白的能力,它们已经被认为是阿尔茨海默病(AD)发病的一个候选危险因素。目前关于AD的发病机制有多种假说,除了与IDE和IDE基因有关外,还与Tau蛋白、载脂蛋白Eε4等位基因、胰岛素信号转导等有关。为了更好地了解它们在AD发病中的可能作用,该文就IDE和IDE基因在AD发病机制中的研究进展予以综述。 Insulin-degrading enzyme (I1)E)and [DE gene have been previously proposed as a candidate risk factor for Alzheimer disease (AD) based on their ability to degrade amyloid β-protein. Currently, there are lots of hypotheses about the etiology and pathogenesis of AD, in addition to IDE and IDE gene, the Tau protein, apoE epsilon 4 allele,insulin signal transduction and so on are also related. In order to better under- stand their possible roles in the pathogenesis of AD, here is to make a review about the research progress of IDE and IDE geue in the pathogeuesis of AD.
