食管癌是我国最为高发的恶性肿瘤之一,经过众多医护人员的努力,虽然在诊疗方面已经取得一定的进步,但存在的问题仍然较多。其中食管癌术后吻合口瘘是食管癌术后最严重的并发症之一,患者住院时间延长、医疗费用增加,而且容易引起胸腔严重感染、脓毒症、多器官功能衰竭等,是引起患者围术期死亡的最主要原因之一。该文系统分析了食管癌术后吻合口瘘的原因、临床表现及诊治,将有助于防止食管癌吻合口瘘的发生。

Esophageal cancer is the one of the most lethal malignant tumors in China. Although great progress has been achieved in the past several decades in this field, there are still many problems to be solved. Esophageal anastomotic leakage, the main reason to the death of patients, is one of the most serious complications of esophagectomy, which not only causes prolonged hospital stay, increased economic costs, but also may easily lead to pleural infection, sepsis, multiple organ failure and death. Here is to make a system analysis of the causes of esophageal carcinoma postoperative anastomotic leakage and clinical manifestations, which are helpful to prevent the occurrence of esophageal cancer anastomotic leakage.
