Influence of Obesity on Pregnancy

肥胖不仅对孕期有影响,对产后产妇和胎儿的健康也有影响,产妇将来患高血压和心脏病的风险会增加,胎儿将来患肥胖和心脏相关疾病的风险也会增高,产妇和及其后代患糖尿病的风险均会增高。该文主要叙述长期饮食不注意,尤其是高脂饮食所引起的肥胖对孕期的影响,包括对孕妇自身、胎儿及胎盘的影响,孕期肥胖能够导致孕妇发生孕期糖尿病、子痫前期、血栓性疾病、产后出血等的风险增加,同时也增加了胎儿早产、缺氧、死产及胎盘功能异常等的发生率。

Obesity does not only influences the gestation, but also may affect the health of women after gestation and children in later life as well. For women, these risks include heart disease and hypertention. Children have a risk of future obesity and heart disease, women and their offspring have a higher risk for diabetes. Here mainly elaborates the influence of obesity caused by unhealthy diet especially the high-fat diet on gestation, including influence on the pregnant woman, fetus, and placenta. Obesity during pregnancy may result in higher risk of diabetes, pre-eclampsia, thrombotic disease, postpartum hemorrhage, and increased incidence of premature fetus, hypoxia, stillbirth and placental dysfunction.
