超声心动图评价原发性高血压患者右心室功能的研究进展

摘要 原发性高血压(PH)的进展会导致右心室功能减低。因此,早期正确评价右心室功能对PH的治疗和判定预后具有重要意义。由于右心室特殊的位置和复杂的解剖结构,常规超声技术通常难以准确反映右心室功能的变化。近年来,斑点追踪成像及实时三维超声心动图发展迅速,为定量评价PH患者的右心室功能提供了更先进的方法。该文就上述研究进展予以综述。 The progression of primary hypertension(PH) can lead to fight ventrieular dysfunction. So the assessment of right ventricular function is important to patients with PH for the treating and prognostic impli- cations. Owing to the complexity anatomical position and structure of right ventricule, normal echocardio- graphy has shortness in detecting the changes of right ventricular function. In recent years, the development of speckle tracking imaging and real-time three-dimensional echocardiography have provided more advanced methods for quantitatively evaluating right ventricular function in PH patients. Here is to make a review of the above research progress.
